Founded by Brett Davey, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 40 years of extensive experience in underwriting and capacity management, ICE has a rich history of success. Brett's career encompasses three decades in the London market, where he underwrote for prominent entities such as Factory Mutual, Zurich, Allianz (AGCS), and Tokio-Marine (TMK). Building on this legacy, he subsequently served as an underwriting manager at RSA in Singapore for 5 years before establishing ICE in 2019.
